By accessing and using XPIRAX, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
XPIRAX provides a cloud-based Point of Sale (POS) and inventory management platform designed for businesses worldwide. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.
3. Subscription and Payments
Our service is billed on a per-staff monthly basis at the rate of ₦4,500 per staff member. Payments are due in advance for the selected subscription period (1, 3, 6, or 12 months).
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
5. Data Ownership
You retain all rights to the business data you input into our system. XPIRAX will not share your data with third parties except as required by law.
